Crisis of Multiple Earths II

"...Wait...deer..." Corey's face scrunched up in thought. "...Sensory ability...forest...can't you try to use it...!?"

"I guess it could work...but we're not really in a forest, are we?" Bambi questioned, still discouraged slightly by his surrogate brother's lack of memory.

Zukai was thinking. His subject was close to Corey's sudden amnesia.

I think I may have an idea as to what's happening...

Bambi, given the idea, closed his eyes. He started to reach out to his surroundings.

While Bambi did such, Corey had his arms crossed, "Well, my eyes have adjusted it seems..." He said looking back at the rainbow.

Sonic started to look around for any signs of life. He looked in Corey's direction. "Do you remember anything?" Sonic asked sighing.

"Well...I remember this fox. Her name is Tailsko." Corey replied.

Zukai looked up in response, "I think I've got it..."

"...He's forgotten everyone but her...?" Sonic observed. "...Anyone, anything else?"

"...Nothing...!" Corey responded, pounding his head in frustration.

"...Drew, listen to me, can you remember any noteworthy people, any noteworthy events?" Tailsko asked.

"I think I may know what's happening." Zukai started, "Alright. There were three mysterious individuals; 'Cyreox', 'Xrewd', and 'Xonnor' as the cloaked men have named them. 'Cyreox' looked a lot like you Corey. 'Xrewd', same towards Drew. And I can only guess 'Xonnor' to Ronno." Zukai continued.

"Yes, he looked a lot like Ronno, yet so different..." Bambi replied

"Remember back to when we were in Bambi's world, minus Corey..." Zukai started again as his look grew serious, "Uhh, Riku, if i remember right, he turned Corey, Drew, and Ronno into what Tailsko named 'Heartless'. I don't know how, but maybe that somehow created the three individuals." Zukai finished.

"Wait, so if Corey's memories are fading?" Sonic asked, his eyes widened at what he was about to say next, "They are going into 'Cyreox'?"

"That's what I'd been thinking. I can only assume 'Xonnor' and 'Xrewd' have the memories of Ronno and Drew as well. And...Cyreox, as he was called, even had Lumina, but it, too, was different. It was a greenish color rather than red. It wasn't dark, but it wasn't light either." Zukai continued. "Cyreox remembered us and Drew, something Corey failed to do."

"..." Corey was silent. "......For some reason, I'm getting annoyed. I think that rainbow's more than just a sign of weather here..."

"Annoyed how?" Sonic asked.

"Just a feeling." Corey responded. "...Is that a city in the distance?"

"I think so..." Sonic replied. "Hey Zukai wanna---"

Corey cringed, "NO!" He firmly said.

Sonic looked puzzled as he looked at Corey, "Anyway, Zukai should we go into it?" Sonic finally asked.

"Well, we need to find out where we are." Bambi said. "I'm detecting a lot of movement in that city. ...It's...strange, though. You guys walk on two legs...but the vibrations indicate mostly four-legged movement."

"Four legs...?" Corey asked. "......The feeling I shouldn't tell what happens to me here to someone is increasing..."

"...We'll be seen as outcasts, except Bambi," Sonic observed. "Oh well."

With that, the four of them began to walk faster to the city.

The four finally reached the city. "What the?" Zukai questioned.

Sonic's eyes widened, "Well, that rainbow doesn't seem so weird now does it?" He replied looking from Zukai, to Corey, and to Bambi.

Even Bambi was somewhat shocked, "I don't know what they are..." He said starting to walk farther into the city.

"......I remember...Eds...training them...with someone else...how we almost....lost because they slacked off...while I was somewhere..." Drew struggled.

"...They look like..." Corey started. "......Little...ponies...with marks close to the rear ends...?"

"Corey...!?" Sonic turned to his friend.

"Making an observation...it looks like who's 'of age' has those marks, though..." Corey responded, his eye to detail pointing things out.

"Is it me, or is no one paying attention to us?" Zukai asked.

"No, I agree, no one's paying attention to us.." Sonic replied. "But it seems Corey's paying loads of attention to them..." Sonic joked.

"...My name is Corey...and I'm...a monkey. Yeah, that's it, I'm a monkey..." the Saiyan lied.

"Mon....key..." Corey mumbled as he followed Bambi closer into the city.

"Well, hmm, someone's got to know where we are..." Corey said, disregarding the flashback to an event he'd never had. He immediately leaned forward.

"...Oh God, not again...!" Zukai groaned, knowing that his surrogate brother with amnesia was about to make another decision without thinking.

"Hello there!"

What followed could only be described as an awkward silence. Ponies gawked at the bipedal newcomers, while the quadrupedal newcomer didn't get too many looks.

The ponies started to talk amongst themselves.

Zukai shook his head in fustration. "Corey...are you trying to start a scene?" He said looking back up to find the rainbow was still there.

Corey kind of smirked, but frowned at the same time. "It just seems so vaguely familiar, you know...like a de---...uhh...what's the word?"
The four watched as a pony broke form the crowd towards them.

Gohan2535: I am sorry, but i have vowed to slow things up on a certain.....pony....because i may unintentionally start something i don't think my co-author would like...

The pony in question was a light pink for the main fur color, and dark pink on the main and tail, which appeared to be very "poofy". And she seemed to be happy that strange people were here, given her cyan eyes displayed clear excitement.

"Hi there!" she said once she was within range (read: too close), startling the four of them.

Zukai couldn't help but cringe...

"Umm....hi..." Zukai said, his voice showed a bit of fear.

"umm...okay.." Sonic mumbled as towards Zukai's action.

"So.....hello I'm so excited to meet you, are you excited to meet me??!" The pony said so very fast that the four could barley keep track of what she was saying.

"Y-yes...?" Bambi stuttered, not at all used to pink ponies with ADHD.

"Where'd you all come from? Three of you don't look like you're from around here? Some of you look like humans but that's not right humans don't have spiky hair..." she continued on and on and on. She then took a good look at Sonic. "Hey, you're kind of cute..."

"Umm...thanks--" Sonic began before being interrupted.

"Pinkie!" a female voice with a strong Southern-sounding accent came from the far right of the four. A light orange pony came trotting. She had a blond main that had been tied off at the ends. Upon her main was a cow-boyish hat.

"Are those apples on her---" Corey began looking yet again, at a pony's hind end.

Zukai reached out and covered Corey's mouth as the southern-accented pony continued approaching the foursome.

"Give 'em some room, there!" she commanded, and soon both of the ones 'brave' enough to talk to the humanoids and deer were side-by-side.

Sonic sighed. Deep down, Zukai, Bambi, Sonic and Corey were all thinking about the same thing:

This is just going to get more awkward...

"Can we have a formal introduction?" Zukai asked as he tried to strain from staring at 'Pinkie'.

Elsewhere...
"Now, you two are viable to stay in these quarters..." the cloaked man named 'Lexon' said as the Corey and Drew look-a-likes nodded.

He opened a portal, walking through and going back into Peach Creek. "Now lets see what these fools can do." Lexon said as he walked out of his portal. There was a large body of water next to him. He happened to see an island floating in the sky.

"Intriguing.." he thought.

"Well, partner, my name is Applejack," said the orange pony, still with the very strong Southern accent. The pink pony began to hop about again, but remained a fair distance from the four strangers.

"I'm Pinkie Pie!" she squealed, still hopping about.

"...I-I'm Bambi," the deer said, still very discomforted. However, he was inwardly relieved to find that these animals could talk. "It's nice to meet you."

"...I'm Corey..." Corey said, able to at least remember his own name.

"Zukai," said the purple-haired one.

"I'm Sonic, Sonic the Hedgehog!" Sonic said.

"...You don't look like any of the hedgehogs we've seen..." Applejack observed.

Best to not state any of our...talents... Zukai said in telepathy to Sonic.

"Hmm?" Sonic questioned as he looked at Zukai. Right...

"If yer' a hedgehog, what are you two?" Applejack then asked looking at the two Saiyans.

"What...am I?" Corey asked looking strangely at Applejack. "Well....I don't---" Zukai put his hand over Corey's mouth once again.

"Well," Zukai began.

"Imma saiyan..." Zukai replied
"yer' a sayin' what?" Apple jack replied

"...We're..." Zukai started. He thought of something - thanking his lucky stars that neither Corey nor himself had their tails attached, "...have you ever heard of...humans...?"

"It's an ol' ponytale," Applejack noted, "but yes..."

Zukai signed in relief. "Well, we are Humans..." Zukai finally said as he retracted his hand away from Corey's mouth.

"Heh heh, you have funny hair! Don't I have funny hair?" Pinkie giggled.

Zukai cringed a second time.

This pink pony somehow disturbs me...why?!

"Yeah, I guess," Corey responded, not really knowing what the hell to say. At the same time, he felt a wave of self-consciousness wash over him.

"Say, could you tell us where we are?" Zukai asked, trying to get things said and done.

"Why, this is ponyville..." Applejack replied.

Lexon landed on the floating island. There was 7 pillars. Each a shiny colored gem. In the middle, was a much larger gem. Green in color. Lexon looked towards the giant green gem, next to it was Knuckles.

"Hey you!" Lexon shouted gaining Knuckles eye.

"What are you doing here?" Knuckles asked, he smiled. He hit his fists together in his usual nature.

"I just happened to notice this island floating out of nowhere. I was just....curious. And what raises my curiosity, is what are these....gems we have here?" Lexon asked, his voice turning mysterious.

"That's none of your business. Get off my island. You don't belong here!" Knuckle's replied frowning.

"I'm afraid....NOT!" Lexon laughed flinging his arm. Three cards flew at Knuckles, the tips shined for their sharpness. Knuckles evaded, but barley.

"....Pony...ville?" Corey asked. "..."

"Anyway, where is here, anyway?"

"We're in Ponyville, in the world of Equestria..."

"'Ey, you feelin' OK there?" Applejack asked.

"Y-yeah, of course I am..." Corey replied.

"...Hmm..." Zukai said, noting Corey's response to the location.

Bambi suddenly stiffened.

"...Huh?" he asked, looking back up to the sky above. "...Would you...happen to know why that rainbow's flying?"
