Crisis of Multiple Earths

Bro, don't you worry, we'll get her back, Corey could only think of two things: 1) the end of the world, and 2) the saddened look on Bambi's face when he would hear that Faline was kidnapped. ...at any cost!

Corey's resolve strengthened, though he was internally debating over using his Ki powers to enhance his speed to catch up to Riku.

Don't let him reach the meadow! Tailsko warned, having seen the action psychically.

"Time to take a test drive..." Corey said, an aura flared, and his speed increased, him practically flying....

"Corey!" Zuki yelled after him. But then he heard Tailsko's warning for himself in full, and he and Sonic were both practically flying. Riku began to rush faster. However, visions of all the worlds being destroyed, drove the heroes to try something.

"Sonic, do you think you can still do the Light Speed Attack?" Corey lowered his head. "If you can, use it and bounce off my head and strike him with all your force!"

Sonic began to search himself mentally.

Kaioken, Normal Spindash, Chaos Beam, which helps me none, Super Form...can't do it. Wait... I think...

"Damn, the meadow's approaching fast!" Zuki noted.

"Just a little more..." Riku said.

"Yeah!" Sonic yelled, immediately coiling into a ball and revving up, light blue balls going into his being, still rolling forward.

"Almost" Sonic thought


"Go!!" Sonic yelled, his body sped toward Corey.

As soon as Sonic made contact with Corey's lowered head, there was a transfer of energy, which Zuki could sense. The blue glow around Sonic mixed with lime green as he shot forward at Riku. Just as Riku crossed into the meadow, Sonic bounced off a nearby tree, and drove into Riku's side. The force of the impact knocked Faline away so that she landed safely some distance away from Riku, who was knocked onto his own side. Sonic bounced off the silver fawn, and rejoined his deer/Saiyan friends as they caught up to the action.

Riku made sounds of pain as he got up. "D....Darn you..." He said he opened his mouth, and his keyblade appeared. "This will be the last time you interfere with my plans!!!"

"Sonic, get Faline to a safer place, if you can, and when you're done, meet us back here." Corey said.

"R-right," Sonic began.

"If only I had my sword with me, too..." Zuki said.

"Can't you summon it?" Corey asked... "I don't know if i have enough power." Zuki replied.

"Then try...We had enough energy to fly, and we haven't broken a sweat.....if...dear sweat..." Corey replied

"If you can, I'll keep out of it as well." Corey said. Zuki began to concentrate, but Riku was not waiting. "I'll fight him until you've finished!"

Corey did his best to counter Riku's strikes, the training he did in his new body paying off. He was somewhat able to block some of the blades with his antlers. He got a head up in the battle and sent Riku sprawling onto his side.

"I....I can feel it...Almost.." Zuki started, he opened his mouth, and a ball of light formed, and started to shape into a sword structure.

Corey dodged more strikes aimed for his heart, at Tailsko's direction. Meanwhile, Sonic finished moving Faline, who was beginning to come to. Seeing as how Corey and Zuki appeared to have things under control, he decided to stay near the girlfriend of the Young Prince.

Once again, Corey butted heads with Riku, which caused them to be driven apart by the force of their conflicting auras. By this time, Zuki had finished forming his sword.

"I got it!" Zuki said through clenched teeth. Corey nodded, and dodged a final strike and leapt backwards.

Bambi and his father met up with Bambi's new mother Mena, mostly unaware of what was going on.

Zuki charged towards Riku, their swords collided, giving recoil damage to both combatants.

"Damn, my mouth is in pain..." Thought Zuki

The collision of swords continued, and Corey stood back to watch his first surrogate brother clash swords with the silver fawn. Though, from Ki sense and prior knowledge, Corey knew that Riku had a ghost of a chance at beating Zuki.

"Ugh...who is that...?" Faline asked, only able to see Sonic's figure.

She's waking up, what should I do?

Zuki blocked Riku's attack, sending him back an inch, then threw his sword upwards, and opened his mouth, about to shoot a blast while Riku was panting heavily

Bambi began to make his way to his new home, unaware that he was being followed...

Nothing but smoke was kicked up from the blast, and everything within 100 feet of the blast radius was uprooted, leaving behind a smooth dirt crater.

Zuki then catches his sword in his mouth, and adjusts it to where the hilt was in his mouth.

What you think is necessary.. Corey finally replied.

Zuki got ready to block another attack if any.

Well, that crater's going to be pretty hard to ignore. Sonic sent back.

Faline began to get back to her feet.

"You're...Sonic?" Faline asked.

Sonic suddenly sensed a growing dark energy nearby. The smoke, which Faline had been on the verge of asking about, blew away.

Riku was standing there, blade in his mouth, but something was strange. His teeth seemed to have gotten sharper, as did his antlers. Also, his eyes had turned red.

"You're in for it now," he warned.

His fur was darker now, and close to his stomach area, was an emblem of some sorts, a heart, with a barbed 'X' in the middle, with three points at the bottom.

"Well....i guess...." Zuki started "Zuki...don't do it......." Corey warned.

"Your the one in for it..." Zuki finished, his color hue started changing.

His body won't be able to take it, damn it...

"What's going on?" Faline asked. "Is that the silver fawn from earlier...no, it can't be..."

Sonic was at a point of indecision himself.

Zach and Drew stayed above Bambi's head, quietly surfing the trees. Suddenly, Zach sensed another energy. He turned, and saw Ronno.

"Drew, look," he whispered very quietly to the owl.

"son of a...." Drew began.

Zuki's color changed to a purple tone. Damn, he's using both of them! Corey thought

"Ngh!!"

He's not going to last much longer! thought Corey. He's lucky if he even gets through a minute of that.

"Sonic...!" Faline's patience was wearing thin faster than usual. She knew by now that there was something up with his group.

"......." Sonic was silent.

Sonic, go ahead and tell her... Tailsko said. Sonic gave it some thought, and decided at last to tell her everything he knew, but first...

"Promise me that under no circumstance, unless one of us tells you otherwise, that you will repeat this information to anyone else in the forest. It will cause a panic, believe me." Sonic began.

"...Not much we can do..." Zach mumbled.

Ronno continued to follow them, unaware of Zach and Drew.

"I promise..." Faline replied after hesitation.

"Ok, i'll start by saying that the dream we all had was actually real, and we put you to sleep, to keep you safe..." Sonic continued as Zuki was still standing.

The fight continued for 30 Seconds, Zuki was starting to wear down faster. "I...I have to end this....q...quick." He said, his fur started to burn down like last time. after 20 more seconds, Zuki was nearly out of power...
"Z..Zuki!" Corey watched.

"D...dammit!" Corey began to focus his ki. "He won't last, but neither will I...I have to do something though!"

Zuki began to lose ground against Riku. By ten seconds' passing, he had finally dropped the Kaio-AwaKen combo, and ran completely out of power. With a single headbutt, Riku pushed Zuki out of the way.

"Kaio Ken!!" Corey yelled.

"...So........this isn't a dream either?" Faline asked.

"Yes," Sonic kept an eye on the battle. "In short, we're not supposed to be here, the silver fawn included. Corey realized how badly he had messed things up, and thus began his own personal quest. He did to Drew what he did to Ronno earlier."

"You mean that odd-looking form..."

"Yes..." Sonic said. "We're not even really animals-well, I am where I come from, but I'm a lot taller than this..."

"And technically, Saiyans are monkeys.." Sonic thought aloud. "What.." Faline replied. "Well, in our world, Corey, Zuki, Drew, and Zach are Saiyans, which look like Humans, which you call 'Man'. " Sonic answered

"D...Da... Dammit..." Zuki mustered. "Thats what I'm saying!" Corey rushed towards Riku.

Corey shot off a few eye lasers, which did nothing to Riku, but Corey went for a headbutt. But he hit a wall of pure energy, and was soon sent flying a long way back.

"...I......I'm having a hard time believing that, but given what's happening...there really isn't any other explanation..."

Eventually, Ronno decided to show himself...

"Hello, princess," he stepped from the underbrush towards Bambi. Mena kept walking, not even aware that Bambi had stopped.
