"Well then, where did we leave off...?" Corey was asking, to make sure Bambi was paying attention the day before...

Bambi immediately began to think. Still unaware of the former's semi-idolization of him, Corey waited passively for an answer.

I just know I'm missing something... Corey thought to himself.

"Well, i guess we'll just have to hope go for the best..." Drew replied

"We established that Ronno was a bit of a...'hot-shot', as Zuki said," Bambi still was clearly having trouble with the purple deer's name. "But he wasn't all talk, unlike everyone else you've met so far, and actually had some form of backbone."

"Though very limited." Corey just couldn't help himself. "Sorry, but bullies generally don't just sulk back to their mothers..."

"How do you--"

"Personal. Experience. Anyway, yeah, that's exactly where we left off..." Corey began to formulate a plan, but to do so would require help from Tailsko and Zuki, the team psychics. In addition, it would also require that the Great Prince be a little lenient with his son in terms of leaving the den, the big flaw to Corey's plan...

Tailsko, Zuki, can you both hear me? Corey started, initiating a three-way telepathic communication, whilst still keeping part of his focus on making sure Bambi was learning.

Well, Bambi seems to have more memory than I gave him credit for. He remembers what I taught him. I'm afraid I might hurt him if I actually tried to spar with him. Corey thought. Zuki, do me a favor, and see if you can locate either Ronno or Faline.

Corey, what are you-- Zuki began, but Corey cut him off.

Tailsko, if you can, keep an eye on where the Great Prince is. I've got an idea...

Oh, Corey, you certainly do feel strong about this duty...I'll see what I can do...

Zuki sensed with his abilities at hand.....a few moments passed and zuki got it...

Faline and Ronno are.... Zuki began

Corey waited anxiously for Zuki's answer, as he focused, while waiting for Tailsko to respond.

"What are we going to do today?" Bambi asked. Instantly, Corey thought of only one thing:

How close to the den? Corey said to Zuki.

"Oh, nothing, just a real-time exercise in facing your fears. Don't worry, it isn't prickly..." Corey replied to Bambi's question. Though he is kind of a prick...

The Great Prince is currently overlooking the meadow as of right now... Tailsko said.

"Hmmm," Corey thought...

"...and I'm more balanced than he is!" came a voice.

"Wasn't that...?" Bambi asked, paying attention to the forest itself.

"Yes, it's him alright. I'll never forget a voice if I don't like it..." A rage within Corey soon resurfaced.

"Hey, it's monkey boy!"

"Come on, guys, can't we give it a break-hey!"

Corey had been pushed to the ground. One of the bullies then grabbed his tail, immobilizing him.

Corey was too deep in his rage to realize he was showing external signs of it...

"what...?" Zuki said, he could feel Corey's emotions and his power. "Guys, Corey's power is shooting through the roof!"

"Huh? So....could he....transform......?" Drew asked.

"Are you OK?"

Bambi's voice brought Corey out of his trip down memory lane.

"Y-yeah. I'm fine." Corey replied, unaware of his external signs.

"You started glowing all weird." Before Bambi could pursue this subject further, however, he caught sight of Faline. And with her was Ronno, just as he had felt.

"Oh come on..." Ronno started turning from Faline spotting the two familiar fawn

"well, it seems hard to believe Corey was bullied....but i guess it's true...." Zuki said frowning

Here we go, thought Corey, ready for just about anything that Ronno would say.

"This is it," Corey spoke out of the side of his mouth to Bambi. "This is what I was talking about. If he attacks you, do not back down."

"Hey, hey, what're you whispering about over there?" Ronno asked.

"if it was any of your business then i would have said it loud enough for you to hear..." Corey replied still ready for anything...(...or so he hoped...)

"Right, so why are you here at the den of the Young Prince?" At Ronno's question, Corey instantly suppressed the urge to deny homosexuality, since, well, it was very likely that this forest didn't even know what the hell that really was. But what could he say? he asked himself. If he said it wasn't any of his business... well, it would make Corey even worse off in this verbal confrontation...

Bambi spoke... "He and my father were talking..." Bambi tried to lie...

Corey played into this, thankful that someone could think under pressure, when said pressure didn't involve direct fighting.

"...yeah, and I decided to stay, since I had nothing better to do."

That was too close...

"Wow, he almost walked right into that one," Eddy remarked, downing another piece of popcorn.

"Corey, the Great Prince is still not watching you as of right now." Tailsko spoke up.

Corey nodded his head to say thanks to Tailsko.

"Not good. Ronno's right there ready to antagonize them." Zuki spoke up, staring hard in the direction where Corey had gone.

"And if what you said was true, Corey's emotions are already a bit too high for their own good..." Sonic spoke up.

"Oh, you know, we were just in the area, talkin' about you..." Ronno said. Corey instantly felt a superb urge to slap Ronno, until he remembered that he didn't have hands, and doing so wouldn't be prudent right away. After all, that last sentence was not about Bambi, but about Corey.

"Exactly of what?" Corey replied
